I’m a car detailer based in Daejeon, South Korea.
Not Seoul, not Busan — just a quieter city where life moves a little slower.
Before this, I spent seven years working as an IT developer.
I built systems, solved technical problems, and spent most of my time in front of a screen. Over time, I found myself wanting something different — something more hands-on, more physical, more real.
That’s what led me into car detailing.
Today, I work on real cars, not just ideas.
Paint correction, surface refinement, and careful, detail-focused work have become part of my daily routine. It’s a completely different field from software, but in many ways, it requires the same mindset — precision, consistency, and continuous improvement.
This site is where I document that transition.
I write about car detailing, building my own workspace, and what it’s like to start a small business in Korea. Some posts are practical guides based on real work. Others are observations about car culture and everyday life here — things that may feel ordinary to me, but different from the outside.
Everything is based on real experience.
If you’re interested in car care, detailing, or simply curious about life in Korea — you’re welcome here.
